I gotta say, the value for the money at Graycliff was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful, like a piece of art. The hotel's location was perfect, with a fascinating history and a glamorous ambiance. The staff treated us like family, especially Anthony, Kim, Maureen, and the reservation team. They made our stay extra special.
Breakfast delights could have been better if they had more milk available.

the old school feel and amazing food at graycliff transported me back to the 1950s. the comfortable room and wonderful, personable service made our stay so enjoyable. the lush garden and luxurious swimming pool were the icing on the cake.

We spent our thanksgiving break in a historic colonial-style building full of antiques and lovely details. The huge, lush garden with the pool made us forget the touristy and crowded city. We also enjoyed the complementary drinks and tasty food in the charming bar, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
Our room needed a renovation with old and worn-out furnishings, and the bathroom had discoloured plastic fittings and sealant. The wifi was not great in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The garden was a paradise and meticulously maintained. The pools were beautiful and perfect for lounging. Our room was incredibly spacious with plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A visit to the bar with the charming piano-singer was a must - it felt like stepping back in time. The hotel's location was ideal.
